Cannot get the clock to work, play music and figures do not dance or move like they are supposed to. I Tried replacing batteries but no success. This may be for parts only. Bought this at the thrift store. The picture on the box does not match the actual clock. However, the crystals may be swarovski but not exactly sure (buyer to do research). I do see there is some brown or amber color substance on the face of the clock ( see photo ). Item is being sold as is. No refunds. Is being sold as is. No refunds.
