It's hard measuring soft fabrics with bust gathers! The waist is about 34" with lots of
stretch in the back. I am 41/35/41 and generally wear a 12-14 depending on the style and brand, and it fits me well. I hope this helps.

The fabric is a medium weight tencel. Hangs very nicely, 29.5 inches from waist to hem.
