I’m having a hard time opening the clasp. I’m afraid to force it. I can tell which one is the class, but I don’t have strong fingers.

Also, some of the long pieces that connect, the circles have been turned around the wrong way. It seems like somebody fooled around with it. I’m not even sure I can correct the problem. However, did you test the clasp to make sure it opens and closes?

Hello I am sorry you are having trouble. I did not have any trouble opening the clasp when I tested it. I did not see any problems with it before I mailed it. It has never been worn and was purchased from macys.
