Would these fit a 27/28 inch waist? I’m typically 4/6 depending on the brand. Never worn Wilfred bottoms but they are super cute and similar to what I’m looking for!

Since they're a structured, high-waisted style with no stretch, I think they'd likely fit someone with a 27–28" waist well, depending on how you like them to fit. They were just a bit too big on me.
