Hi there! Sorry I just saw this, yes I’ll add measurements. I don’t know for sure, the fabric looks and feels more like an organza with a silk liner but I am not an expert on fabrics. I’ll double check!

I don’t see a tag identifying the fabric, but it is a chiffon/organza fabric on the outside with liner.

And the length is around 49-50” (from the top of the bodice to the hem) and the waist at the bodice is 25” I typically wear a XS/S and dresses and I am 5’ 4” - the length was fine in me but the top part of the dress was a little snug.
