Loft Outlet floral shift dress. Dress has cut flutter sleeve caps and double V neckline - great for showing a little back. Floral is is larger print in mainly in blue and yellow, with green and white as well. Relaxed fit, so very comfortable. Could add a belt to make it more fashionable and to define the waist. Fabric is a jersey knit and very stretchy. Fabric tag has been cut out, but found the same dress with a tag that shows 95% Rayon, 5% Spandex. Size Petite Extra Small; Length ~34", Bust ~17" across/34" circumference Pre-owned in excellent condition - only flaw is the fabric tag was cut off.
