Rococo Sand Light Blue Paisley Maxi Dress with Ruffle Waist

Sleeveless maxi with a deep V-neck and delicate spaghetti straps. Worn twice but shows some photos of pulls I guess you would call them? It’s not as visible when you wear it but are there when you look up close. Also a stain on the back which is pictured. Please look at the photos of the threads in the dress and the condition.
