Part of the Ralph Lauren Country collection from the early 1990s. Nantucket red, white and blue striped cotton skirt made in USA. Front buttoned placket. Approximately a 35.25" back body length and a 13" waist. THE WAIST IS ONLY 26" IN CIRCUMFERENCE AND FITS MORE LIKE A SIZE 4.
I bought brand new for $395 + tax but didn't see that the waist was smaller than a normal size 8, but it was final sale. Quality is exceptional.
