Vintage Y2K Flouncy MIDI Dress Handkerchief Hem Chiffon Fairycore Empire S 90s PTP 16” Length 47” Empire waist with flutter sleeves and handkerchief asymmetrical hem. Black and pink. There is a small hole as shown and it appears some of the lining is shedding and collecting between lining and chiffon top layer. Could be shifted or a small hole could be cut in the lining to remove it. Not very noticeable unless closely examining.
