Does the material have any stretch to it? Where on the arms do the sleeves hit? Thank you!

@csoltis56209 No stretch but it is roomy. I just tried it on and I’m a true M. The sleeves have elastic that hits about 3,inches above the elbow, but the sleeve itself droops to my elbow. I hope that helps.
