shelbylou19 @aarni Hi, the Ptp is 15”, but can stretch all the way up to 23”, veryyyy stretchy and comfortable. It is cropped, so the length is only 19” from top of neckline to bottom of shirt. This is a painted kind of design, and I purchased this at the store with the lines going from top to bottom. Only sign of wear is the line going from left to right in the lemon tree on top left corner of design
