Old Navy Scoop Neck Tank Size Small- BNWOT

I purchased this online, got it home, took tags off, washed it (i only use non toxic detergent and i do not use any type of fabric softener) but it’s been sitting in my drawer. I more a fan of the ribbed tank, this one is smooth. Please check the pics for measurements. Also please see inside tag where it shows the size, the first letter is the S for small but underneath that it has a P.. could this mean it’s a petite? If anyone knows, please drop a comment below, i really appreciate it. That’s why it’s so important to check the measurements.
