OMGOSH I guess I didn’t think this through when I listed the watch for sale - TOTALLY my bad - I didn’t realize I needed to unlock the watch before selling. I should have googled the selling procedures prior to listing and I did not. Total neglect on my part.

Unfortunately, I do not know how to unlock the phone without the phone being in my possession. At this point, can Poshmark just refund the Buyer (deducting from my current balance)?
