This is a pair of cool black punk rock style pants with fake zippers as decoration on front legs as well as areas of that famous red plaid square patterns from punk rock clothing in the 1970s and 80s. The Size tag indentifies these pants as a W38 but i feel this is an Asian Size scale. The edge to edge waist size on on the tape measure reads between 16" & 16.5" which would make this pant a W32/W33. But this material has a bit of stretch to it as it is made of 70% cotton, 25.5% Nylon, and 4.5% spandex so they have a bit of stretch to them so could accommodate somebody with a slightly bigger waist than a W32. The inseam length of the pants are approximately 27" as can be seen in the photos. These pants have been worn once and washed once.

davidcalderon35 I'm going off the fact that you listed these pants as a size 32. However, I just noticed that on the pants themselves, it reads size 38..I cannot use a size 38. Please refund me my money because they were not sold with accurate information on them. Ty

barron106 Hi Iwould be morethan happy to refund your money but I want you to know Iam going ny the mraurement I made in the pictures if you look at that measurement waistend to to waist end it is about 16" which means the Waist is 32 ..the tag is wrong....look at the pics with the measurements.

barron106 Also if you read the description I gave in the listing Iwas transparent about the W38 tag being wrong and I shared the measurements the measurements show that the pants are at least a W32 again if you want a refund no problem but the inside tag is wrong.

But again my listing was very transparent between the pictures showing measurements and my clear explanation in listing of tag issue therefore I do not appreciate you accusing me of misrepresenting my listing that is not accurate at all.
