Vibrant print, blue & mustard short sleeve blouse with a decorative V-neck placket from Cato. Lightweight, flowy fabric for comfortable wear. Elasticized 3/4 sleeves add a relaxed fit. Can be dressed up or down. Size 22/24W. The blouse itself is not stretchy, but the sleeves have elastic around the bottom. Basically new without tags, only worn once to try on.
