This double-stranded, copyright signed, vibrant emerald green & sapphire blue rhinestone choker necklace by Monet is in pristine condition! Triple gold plated, most likely from the 1970s - 1980s. The clasp is much more quality & chunky than a typical vintage rhinestone choker. Please see the above images. The total length is approx 14" - 16" included extender. A beautiful, statement piece of history!
