Sacony Ciella vintage navy blue sleeveless dress with white stripes. Full lining. Has a rounded collar. Zips up the back. I believe this is nylon, but it could be polyester. I am estimating size medium. Armpit to armpit measurements 15.5-17.5 depending on how you stretch it. Waist measures 15.25 inches lying flat. Total length 38.5 inches. Not really a mini skirt, but fairly short. Excellent condition! Please check out my other vintage clothing and accessories!
