krem13inna7 Hi, I just opened the package (both packages), everything looks good but this brooch. It is missing 2 rhinestones. I sent message earlier specifically asking to check if there any missing rhinestones because I couldn’t tell by 2 pictures you provided. It was no disclosure about damage in description also. I love the rest of the jewellery, any suggestions what we should do?

krem13inna7 I am not sure if you read previous messages about lady bug brooch. I received my order of 7 items, the brooch is missing 2 rhinestones which makes this brooch useless. I accepted my order and gave you 5 stars reviews because I like rest of my order very much. I am hoping you will make up on my next purchase for my loss. I just sent you offer on 3 items hoping you will accept it and reimburse for my loss.
