The exterior features highly intricate, deeply chased and repoussé floral scrollwork in an elegant Rococo Revival style. An unengraved shield-shaped monogram cartouche sits on the upper left corner, completely ready for your custom initials. 900: Stamped on the rim lip, indicating 90%-coin silver purity. 2W & Woman’s Head: The official Warsaw Assay Office punch used between 1922 and 1939, featuring the profile of a woman in a traditional headscarf facing right, the number "2" (.900 purity), and letter "W" (Warsaw). FZ: The original maker's mark Unlike most compacts of this age, this piece is remarkably complete and well-preserved: The original glass mirror is fully intact with crisp reflection and minimal silvering loss. Includes the incredible original peach-colored mesh fabric powder sifter screen. Includes the matching original plush powder puff. The puff does have makeup staining.
