Set includes two boxes of Frownies Facial Patches and one bottle of Frownies Rose Water Hydrator. One box is sealed & unopened, the other box was opened because I used it and learned that I’m allergic (toner spray also used in my initial test-use). They’re the ones shaped for corners of eyes & mouth, but they can also be used on forehead. You can use any toner spray or water to activate them! ($75 for two boxes & spray on the site)
