Kate Spade feather cuff cotton poplin button down SZ 2 (Fits Ptp 18")

NWT cotton poplin button down from Kate Spade with genuine feathers at the cuff 98% cotton/2% elastane Tagged a 2, this will fit a small or medium with a ptp of 18 inches Length 23-24 inches from top of shoulder * while new with tags, there are some faint stains on the inside button placket at the bottom, probably from someone carelessly trying it on. They will likely come out but I did not want to remove the tags. They are not noticeable while wearing the top, and do not show through the fabric. Same with a faint grey spot on shoulder. Priced to reflect
