Mirrо-Krome was Golden West Color Card Co.'s branded glossy photo-offset chrome process, used extensively for California roadside and tourist-attraction cards in the 1950s–60s. Marineland of the Pacific (opened 1954) was the world's first oceanarium; it closed in 1987, making documentary cards like this genuinely collectible roadside Americana and California tourist-attraction ephemera. Strong crossover appeal for: California topographical collectors, 1950s roadside Americana collectors, amusement-park and oceanarium collectors, and mid-century travel-ephemera collectors.
