I think it's palette dust which is common with the overstocks/returns. It's not visible because the collar portion is covering it - but if you lift it up, it's there. It might wash out. Priced accordingly. 100% cotton. I purchased this as an overstock/return. Label has been blacked out with a black adhesive strip and care tag removed to prevent returns.
