Old world-esque super lightweight 100% cotton peasant top, white with intricate blue embroidery. Elasticized neckline and tie front, short sleeves with matching embroidered panels, looks very European to me but made by Maui, Hawaii brand Letarte. Bought at their boutique many years ago, pre-loved and now too small, perfect hot climate top!
