This dress from Amanda Uprichard/REVOLVE is so unique and really fun and flirty. The tank top style neckline has a second, decorative, elastic, glittery purple strap on the outside of the regular strap which is so fun and different. The dress is a fit and flare with inverted pleats all of the way around the skirt. There is a hidden zipper down the back (photo #8). The material is scuba fabric, which is a “thick, sturdy fabric that is known for its durability and resistance to water”. It’s thicker but really comfortable and stretchy. The fabric is no/low iron as well. The pattern is a nighttime view into city windows. It’s really cool! NOTE- the belt is missing. There are string loops on either side of the dress. You could add your own belt or simply cut them off. It’s really pretty without a belt. Excellent pre-owned condition. 92% Polyester and 8% Spandex.
