I really loved them because of the timeless style but also they're very lightweight! TWO IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. They're listed as a EU 39 / US 9, but I'm a solid U.S. 8 and they fit me well with "regular" thickness socks and/or tights - which is why they're listed as "8" 2. I had to select "Over the Knee Boots" (since they're not ankle booties) but they hit me right at the knee, I'm 5'6" with a pretty proportionate torso/leg ratio.
