dannygolo Hi @karenlivelym - the ring comes with the grey square charger dock pictured in the photos. The Oura ring itself didn’t come with a USB-C charging cord that connects the square charger dock to power. Let me know if you have any questions. Happy to ship it to you this week.

dannygolo @michaelnelso805 It works completely normally and has no issues. It was always kept in a ring case. Reset to factory settings so you will be able to just make an account with Oura and add it. It was a really quick and easy set up for me when I first did it.
