Cold shoulder, choker neck design. Material is lightweight like an organza type material.
Does have staining, shown in last several photos - look like maybe lipstick on underside of collar front and faint pink on lower front to one side.
I absolutely LOVED wearing it, but been overdue to rotate it out and just discovered the staining when I went to take pictures.
