retro fat puff shoulder, black velvet, studded ruffled wrap dress

just a beautiful dress with a potted puff sleeve south shoulder. The velvet fabric has multicolored studded, polkadots and yellow, blue and pink. Very subtle though this is a wrap style dress with a button at the waist and a tie. It’s lovely and full and ruffled.
