Hi! Has it been washed? I can’t tell from the tags if there is maybe dye or if it’s just the lighting. Is it oversized? I can’t tell if I’d be a small or medium

It hasn’t been washed. As I mentioned in the description, I think I’ve worn it once over a long sleeved shirt. It’s clean and like new. It is slightly oversized. I’m 5’9, about 135 lbs, and it looked slightly oversized but not giant.
