Velvet by Graham and Spencer woven straw tote with double leather handles.
Features tan leather shoulder straps for easy carrying. Bag has orange, navy, pink and yellow stripes.
One of the handles has come unsewn, but handle itself is not damaged, just re-sew through the punched holes.
