I have a lot of Nordic Ware in my closet because I think it is the best pan to bake in. It is not Teflon. It is cast aluminum with an enamel coating that is nonstick. Simply spray it with some baker spray like bakers joy and your cake will pop right out. Beautiful definition to every pan. This pan is the Heritage Bundt cake pan. It is gold -silver color. It holds 10 cups of batter and is made in the USA. It has a few scratches to the underside where the pan came in contact with the oven rack. Should not affect performance . See pictures.
