meghanfitz1122@msmith909700 That's such a bummer! (I've been thinking I should have bought that tan but hindsight is 20/20) and no, that didn't happen to my coat. I did it on a gentle, cold wash. I use Calgon water softener (I'm in NJ and our water is incredibly hard) I checked on it non stop when I dried it, on gentle low heat and only used wool dryer balls. And I did this waaay before I even thought I'd sell it, so i truly had nothing to lose! How much did your tan coat shrink?

meghanfitz1122@msmith909700 @superpower10 Hi! I purchased this in 2024. I wore it very few times that year/winter and I've had it stored away since. There's absolutely no rips or tears! I bought it at full retail which made me very mindful of how I wore & took care of my coat. And yes, it's been gently laundered. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

msmith909700Thank you for the additional info! I have the exact jacket in tan and love it! However, after laundering, it did shrink a bit. That’s why I asked about washing. Did you have that experience?
