One side of my chest is slightly larger than the other, causing top to pull slightly to right. I am a true size 18W with 40C bra size. The top 3 buttons gape a tiny bit for me. If I were equal on both sides, a little Hollywood tape would have fixed instantly. If you are a 38C or 40B, buttons will likely fit just right.
