Vintage Victoria Morgan black & white blazer. Chanel vibes all day. Excellent quality. No care or content labels. I'm guessing it's polyester. Feels like wool blend. I would say it should be dry cleaned. Pearl look buttons. Front pockets. Shoulder pads. Very good condition. PTP is 22" length is 27". I'm thinking it's a size large (mannequin is size medium) or can fit a medium with a little extra room.
