Hit the courts or brunch with this super fun and stylish dress. The fabric is a dream - heavy enough to drape beautifully but still fun to twirl in. Watch the ruffles fly! Three button closure, short sleeves, sibtle high-low hem. Worn only a handful of times there is ever-so-slight discoloration around the inside collar fold. I tried to capture it in a detail photo.
