Vintage Painted and Glossed Butterscotch Bakelite /Plastic Bangle Floral Design

This is a beautiful vintage butterscotch plastic, possibly Bakelite, bangle with a painted design with flower accents. The design has a glossy coating over it, and it has developed a crackle appearance. The design leads me to believe that this piece was made around the 1950s or 1960s, but it is possible that it was made earlier, closer to the 1930s. Overall, the piece is still in very good condition for whatever its age may be. Approximate Dimensions: Diameter 3in Width 0.75in Approximate Size: 7.5 *Tests with Simichrome and baking soda both yielded a light-yellow result. However, it is possible that the glossy coating resulted in a false positive result for Bakelite while testing. The piece is rather lightweight, so it is very possible that it is not Bakelite.
