This is an absolute gorgeous jacket. It has some stretch. It is an extra large juniors but more like a large. The under arm to under arm is 19 inches and the length is 32 inches. Well buttoned the hips are about 23 inches across the front. The shoulder to shoulder is 16 inches and the sleeve length of 22 inches. That’s where I feel. It’s more of a junior extra large because the shoulders are definitely more narrow. It’s fully lined.
