embroidered hooded, full length of jacket

I believe the origin of this piece is Arabic as it seems that that’s what the letters on the tags say. It is a mustard, yellow color with bright blue and green and orange and gold embroidery on those kimonos sleeves and down the front also on the hood. It has a single tie at the front. I believe this may have originally been a man’s large. I’m going to list as an extra large in women’s.
