On the front picture of the pants it looks like there are a couple of bleach spots. Is that just lint or is that bleach out spots?

@ssc2687 I like to stay under $20. But in this case since they have shrunk in length to 27 or 28 inches (I have short legs), I will offer $15 and $4.95 shipping. I will pay the tax which will be a little over my usual $20 limit for used pants.
