It’s brand new, it was used once so no damage and I am selling it because Prada doesn’t accept returns, I tried to like it and realized I’m not totally in love with it

@kona23324 Only if you purchased online. I purchased at the 5th Ave flagship and they don’t accept returns in store, only exchanges or store credit.
