alatchkaHow big is the waistband fully stretched? If 28" with a little bit of elastic, how can an XL girl pull it over their hips? Also, measurements of hip area across seam to seam? Does the fabric have any stretch to it? And lastly, what is the sweep of the skirt...does it have voluminous swing to it? Thank you for more info.
