NEW without tags. Mini Melissa/Mel Dreamed by Melissa blue & yellow velcro sneakers. Size 2 - though these do run a bit small and are probably better for a child who wears between a 1-2. I bought my daughter a bunch of shoes from Nordstrom Rack about a year ago and she sized out before she could wear them 😭 No flaws, but they've been in storage for the past year.
