They are about 9.75" long and 7" tall when fully adjusted and 3.75" wide. Each one holds one pair of shoes. That's enough for 12 pairs of shoes. They are white plastic and snap together with an adjustable tilt to allow most any type of shoe to be used. There are 12 of these shoe stacker in the box. Each stacker holds 1 pair of shoes.
