21 1/2" from armpit to armpit. 18" laid flat across the waistline. 23" laid flat across the bottom. 25 1/4" from the shoulder seam to the bottom at the wrist. the double ruffle collar measures 3 1/4" and 4" wide. New with tags with small spots.( See the last 3 pics) I think they will go away after the tags are removed and it has a good washing. Message any questions.
