It's in good preowned condition. The set is missing the handcuffs, the system-x tool, and I think the biker guys beard. Has extra people and accessories. **Has some discoloration to a few pieces. Box shows wear but is still structurally sound. This will be shipped in a poly bag. Some decals may have lift to them. **I could not test the police car for working lights as the screw is stripped so I would assume the batteries are corroded in there.
