Size M measures approximately 32" from shoulder to hem. Lining on back of skirt, but very opaque/no see through issues. Wrap ties on side of waist and two adorable detail ties on short sleeves. There is an additional tie hidden by the skirt and a snap at the bottom of the v-neck for a more comfortable, secure fit.
