Could you give me measurement of the hip area laying flat. Thanks m normally a size 6. Do you think this runs on the bigger side?

@lorilindow Hi! I'm currently away from home and unable to take an exact measurement, but based on the cut and the 19" pit-to-pit measurement, I estimate the hip measurement is approximately 22"–24" laying flat. I can provide an exact measurement when I return if needed.
Im 5'6" and at the time that I wore it, Iweighed about 150 and my normal size was 6-8.
I added a photo at the end so you can see. It has a bit of a flare and I felt very comfortable in it.
