New. Never opened. Still sealed in original plastic wrapping. My grandmother bought tons of these department 56 village pieces and never opened or displayed. She didn't have a place to put them so they stay in storage. I found in her garage. Box shows a little wear and is dirty. Please see photos. But again, the item is still in original packing. And I didn't want to take out and disturb the package and item. I do use recycled packaging when shipping.
