Vintage silk mini dress with tie back and scallop hem. It’s a gorgeous dress. Color is a deep blue, hint of dark teal almost. Panels alternate silk texture. Adjustable straps. No tears or holes. It doesn’t look like it was ever worn. (Early 2000’s Stella McCartney Intimates chemise. Part of the original Billie Twirling Collection in color Midnight Blue. I bought at a luxury vintage show in the UK and it turned out not to be my size.)
